Sue oversees the general operation and budget of the program, working on contract issues with the Division of Children and Families and administrative issues as part of UW Madison and the School of Human Ecology. Sue staffs the program's Steering Committee and stays in contact with county agency directors and managers for their feedback and ideas. She supervises program staff and is responsible for program planning and works closely with the other regional partnership directors and state training staff on the development and maintenance of the training system.

Sally develops the training calendar for the Partnership. She stays informed on county training needs,state polices and new trainings available and collaborates with the other university training partnerships to develop and offer foundation training. She coordinates offering special skills and topics trainings and works closely with our county partners on county specific trainings. Sally also recruits and supervises trainers for the Southern Partnership and facilitates at our training events.

Chris coordinates all of the trainings and meetings for the Southern Partnership and the Wisconsin Child Welfare Training System. She manages all the information entered into the data base and web calendar and oversees participant registrations and verifications of attendance. Chris works with vendors on contracts for meeting space and catering, consults with trainers on their training needs and prepares all training materials and handouts. She assures that all the important details involved in putting on a successful training are covered. Chris also coordinates the calendar, arrangements and room set up for the UW Partnership Training Center space.

Liz develops and tracks the agency budget and expenses, does invoicing to counties and CARS reporting, payments to trainers and vendors, deposits and credit card reconciliation.
